  • "Any questions on what we're going to do?"

    Excellent line.

  • hardcore, but still not parkour. Normal to advanced training. Might have altered a few routines, but no ducking or dodging over obstacles.

  • impressive. No one commented on how he "took an arrow to the knee" im proud of the viewers!

  • These guys fucking suck. GO GREEN BERETS!! FUCK WITH THE BEST, DIE LIKE THE REST!!

  • @MrSmith997 LOL The Spetznaz are better than the green beret and its been proved. Also the SAS are better than the Spetznaz sooo what are you on about? Go learn about warfare before you comment about it.

  • i dont see parkour wtf guys

  • totally gay

  • SIIIICCCCKKKK

  • Fuck crawlin throu that lil hole

  • I bet the cameraguy/gal is in shape too to keep up with these guys haha

  • The big guy looks more like a marine than the instructor.

  • looks like fun

  • Insane....You guys are amazing for completing this with time to spare.

  • i would not want to go into the tunnle with my luck i could be stuck

  • wow. u guys were amazing! The first bit looks like heck.

  • imagine parkour marines in afghanistan, running up the walls like the bloody matrix

  • props to all you guys for that, i would have died in the smartie tube lol, even the camera man was nackered at the end of it at 10:28 - the end lol

  • Much respect to you guys. I'd love to earn the Green Beret and earn the title: Royal Marines Commando, but I'm an American citizen.

  • Immigrate, and become a British Citizen.

  • Is that even a possibility? Was there anyone who has done this?

  • Yes, plenty of our colonist cousins have done this all you need to do is immigrate to Canada, gain citizenship there and you are a commonwealth citizen and then you can apply into the royal marines.

  • Its well worth doing, but hurry Lympstone is filling fast

  • @MarineCandidate your american, but you want to be a royal marine? ok....

  • @MarineCandidate its called the navy seals

  • Perhaps some of the larger, more muscular elite middle-distance runners would be ideal for a course like this... like Nick Symmonds or Khadevis Robinson of the USA, or Kevin Sullivan of Canada (off the top of my head).

  • It seems to me that, given the length of the course, a greater focus on building and maintaining a strong aerobic base of fitness would help one improve his/her time on a course like that more than any other form of training... i.e. Lydiard style training.

I would be interested to see someone who is simultaneously around 170lbs. and in sub-14:30 5k shape do that course... I reckon it would be a damn fast time.

  • to complete that is an archievement!! well done you all deserve a pat on the back!!

  • Looks like a pretty damn tough course. I'd love to have a go though. And I'll get the chance in 3 years aswell.

  • thats looks badass lol! id love to try that type of thing tho it looks crazy hard and i think im underaged lol

  • Very inspiring, great job! Makes this cold I got seem like a walk in the park with a nice breeze on a hot sunny day. Very enjoyable :)

  • i took ancient history

most spartans were gay and paedos

if that guy thinks hees a spartan...

  • LOL!!!!

  • @davz1992 you don't have an idea about ancient spartans obviously... i think that you are gay pal ;)

  • @ffcakias yeah, studying it in depth for 2 years and i have no idea, obviously

  • @davz1992 i am studying it my whole life smart ass, i am Greek you see..

  • @ffcakias pederasty and homosexuality dominated Spartan society. Xenophon, the only historian with first-hand experience of the agoge (his sons attended it!), states explicitly: "… [Lycurgus] … laid down that in Sparta lovers should refrain from molesting boys, just as much as parents avoid having intercourse with their children or brothers with their sisters." It is hard to find a more definitive statement than this, and from the most credible source.

  • @davz1992 look man try be straighter and more man than spartans... that i impossible.. ask yourself if you have the guts to stand in front of a huge army with only 300 men.. that is what is being a man. i am not gonna keep it up with a faggot like yourself. and one advice. try to get better and leave heroes of other countries to rest in peace. when athenians were spreading culture and knowledge your people were hanging of trees and they were living in caves. have a nice day pal :)

  • @ffcakias few things...

    1. i never said they were pussies or had no guts, simply they were gay and paedos

    2. it was intended as a joke

    3. i am not your pal

    4. You are from Greece, doesn't make you an expert on your culture

    now, hang yourself

  • @davz1992 i don't think it really honors you to joke about other countries' heroes... and i know that but being a Greek guy gives you advantage for knowing your own country's history. But speaking for myself a have an obsession about spartans and their way of life so that makes me an expert.. try to read more books about it and don't believe what a single guy says.. that is what men that dealing with history do..

  • @ffcakias im right youre wrong, evidence backed up by xenophon and herodotus

  • @davz1992 maybe you have to come to greece to study greek history before talking about paedos and gays in greece .

  • @Xafos nope, theres these magical things called computers which connect to the internet where you can find out anything at the touch of a button

  • Nice job guys :), i wouldn't mind trying that course it looks awesome. But also very challenging.

  • absolutely awesome!!! two of my passions...Parkour and Royal Marines....im in heaven! really well done, and what a sense of humour y'all kept.....proud to be British me!! good morale boost in these weird times......well done again lads.

  • Big welldone you guys,,,,

  • lol.. the tunnel put him off smarty tubes. great vid, some of the toughest guys in the land *medieval voice*

  • Nice man! 5/5

  • have u been in the marine??

  • yeah, its getting better i had a screw in my leg to keep it in place and had that taken out last week after about 4-5 months. i had a jam in Kings Lynn, Norfolk yesterday which allowed me to get going and build up the muscle again.

  • Good stuff. Most important thing is to enjoy what you're doing. If you stick to that, there's no reason to rush into anything. Good luck with it all. ;) Ez

  • I gotta be honest going into a small tunnel half filled with water kinda freaks me out!!!

  • holy shit :p

    looks funn lol

  • Yes! someone else who does parkour and had problems with their patella! EZ!i broke mine and had an operation because i did a frontflip without warming up!

  • Ouch!! Hope its ok now.

  • you put 2 vid's a week how can you do that and thay all great ^_^

  • Ez is a monster, hehe :D

really just keeps on going with his boxing mentality

  • super

    very cool trainin

    it is real man

  • wow it took you guys 66 min to do like 6 miles and obstacles. thats really good!

  • Am I being pedantic, but didn't the first bloke to finish take 66 mins? The second chap took 75mins(2 mins over the limit). Presumably the third one, even longer! Still got to respect them-it's not easy to complete in the time, but that's the idea, isn't it ?

  • Correct. The first one (me) was the only one to pass within the time limit. That said, I trained specifically to pass. The others weren't quite as ready but their achievement came in simply completing the course. I know that I wouldn't want to go through that again as it was a thoroughly miserable experience.

  • I understand. Respect purely for attempting and finishing the endurance course. Did your brilliant time come as a result purely of your immediate preparation,or because of the strength(physical and mental) and stamina inherent in a boxing regime? By the way,if you thought it was a miserable experience, imagine it in the rain and sleet.

  • The only attribute I carried over from boxing for this was a mental one......the ability to just turn off the brain and keep on moving.

Prior to this I did a load of specific training and had everything sorted....stamina training and good diet.

    Rain/Sleet.......no thnks. lol

  • @kg132465 u meen F****** INSANE

  • @kg132465 why not just be a US Marine?

  • amazing, imagine if u diciplined urself to do that course once a day 0.0

  • Can you still download the full movie at UF website. My other one got deleted. =(

  • Wow, guys. That looks exhilarating. A full test of mind and body. Congrats.

  • HEY! I'm Jamaican and I aint achin!!!
