I've had good success starting forearm balance with Esther's video. Looking forward to trying this when I am more stable with that! Thanks for the wonderful video about this asana!
Very convincing and natural! You make me believe, that I can be on the way to such strength and poise also. Thank you so much for posting this video!
As I saw from your homepage, you eased your asthmatic condition greatly with yoga breathing techniques. As an asthmatic myself, I would appreciate it so much, if you could possibly show some of these techniques here.
this is fantastic. takes a truly mystifying pose and brings it into the realm of possibility. ADORE Andrew's eloquence and style of instruction. Thanks for posting!!!
They all make it look so SIMPLE! This man is seriously flexible. I would die trying to get my legs that high, and I'm a woman! Not being sexist at all, I'm just saying that it's remarkable, and I'm impressed!
Fantastic, thank you Andrew! I hope with plenty of practice to be able to do this soon(ish). You give wonderful directions and have a lovely speaking voice.

How do you go from being a yoga beginner to this? :o

I can do this but, my arms aren't strong enough to keep me up. :(
I have to do a lot of practice for my arms to be stronger first. i guess.
b.t.w i TOTALLY love your voice.. It's so peaceful :Ο :)

I love the casual "flick the legs" as if what he's doing is perfectly normal.
Very impressive.
