Why is Israel's NUKES (WMD's) not subject to IAEA inspections?

No Wars or Invasions to stop Israel's Nukes (WMD)

No UN sanction against Israel for its Nuclear stockpiles

No IAEA inspections.

I wonder why there is no outrage from the world "community" about Israel's Nukes (WMD).

I guess, Israel don't have much OIL like IRAQ OR IRAN.

OIL rich countries = EVIL countries.
