That contractor doesnt need a chow hall, a barracks, a porta-potty...blah, etc. That contractor provides that sort of thing himself, or his company does. cleggie, just make sure to seriously look at going to the private sector. If you do go private, make sure you have a 10+ year plan. I see a lot of people who get into this type of work, and only do it on a short term basis. Some contractors will blow all there money within six months to a year after they come back.
