I just bought a 300lb block in Lonoke, AR. It is 20 minutes away from my house and found them in the yellow pages. Anyway, I bought it for $24 and a ice pick for $1.50.
@txanders23 you could also just buy a big block of ice from walmart. they have them in the freezer with regular ice and just carve one in. i did it twice. major hit.
Look in your local yellow pages (hard copy or even online) and find "Ice retailers" or wholesalers. Start calling them and asking if they have, or know where you can get a 250 to 300 pound block of ice.
We use a router and run several lines. It's a whole lot easier and you can mix shots.

The price depends on what part of the country you are in. I've seen prices as low as $50, and as high as $104.
