The tax dollars in question have been supplied by the recent Federal bills allowing this money to be appropriated and managed through the State (starting with the governor).

It may be worth noting that the citizens technically had no say as to whether their state wanted the money; as it is in the form of a loan to the people via the federal reserve and has to be paid back.

The real outrage of the american citizen should not be whether we get the dough; it's how it got forced on us at all.
