Well scientology, first of all, the Co$ only gained it's tax exempt status by sueing the IRS.
Second, contemporary christianity doesn't engage in illegal activities; and get away with it, anyways.
Third, Christianity doesn't have strict policies and practices which violate or entail violation of human rights.
Fourth, Christianity doesn't copyright it's religious texts and sell them for large amounts of money.

I have been exposed to scientologist as in-laws there are many disturbing things with-in the "church" they dont want people to know. one is the hate for homosexuals.they live by the motto your with us or against us and if your against us beware....but my problem is why now ? why arent we protesting the war as openly and fiercfully as we are scientology at this time....?

2 Things:
1. The March 15th Raid.
2. Anons USA: Bombard your political reps on all levels with messages explaining why this cult should lose their tax exempt status as a church. Go to Project Chanology for info. This is how we'll really hurt them. The IRL protest is just the message. The first real blow will be the removal of their tax exemption. Then we will have a truly weakened foe.

The sad thing is that some of the people protesting did not even know what exactly why Scientology is a bad thing as far as how it is ran. It is not the belief system, it is the fact that the only reason it came to be was to make Hubbard rich quick. People have their right to believe what they want to but do not over look the facts. Religion is "great"... in moderation.
