I just realized what a terrible idea glossy surfaces are for computers. Every fingerprint & scratch shows up! Designers who came up with the current look of computers act as if they're never going to be touched, just looked at as if they were pieces of art left under glass as if in a museum. God are they dumb! Laptops are used & handled a lot! Make them with matte non-scratch surfaces that can handle the real world. And touch-screens! Man, don't get me started! Every fingerprint & smudge shows!

I agree with YUPnNOPE, these vendors need to clue in and stop doing "Custom" linux on everything. It's confusing! Just create devices with hardware that works with plain Ubuntu and put that on there so we can have some consistency between devices.
