I have two loans on my multi family house. The first mortgage is with Bank of America and my second is with GMAC. Bank of America said I didn't qualify for the Obama Plan because my income was too low. I thought that is why they created the Make Home Affordable. I thought it was odd that in order to reduce my payment I needed to make more money! I went to Champion. They found errors on my mortgage and put pressure on my banks. I got a 4% fixed rate on a private loan modification W/BOA n GMAC
