SAMDONG RINPOCHE HIMSELF HIMSELF LIVES IN VERY SIMPLE WAY OF LIFE. AGAIN FULL OF LIE SHUGDEN FOLOWER IS DLALAI LAMA NEVER CALLED IN COURT. HE WAS ASK TO CLEARIFY FOR ALLEGATION MADE MY DHOGAYL GANG AND COURT REJECT AND DENY SHUGDEN GANG ALLAGATION SO ITS CLEAR.

In an order dated April 5, 2010, Justice S. Muralidhar dismissed the writ petition and application on the grounds that the allegations of violence and harassment were vague averments and that the raised issues do not partake of any public law character and therefore are not justiciable in proceedings under Article 226 of the Constitution.

the Tibetan Government blatantly deny what is going on - they say that there "is no ban" and that nobody is being attacked... this is a blatant lie! Just look at all the youtube videos, news reports and all the articles everywhere in the media and online which show how Dorje shugden practitioners are being ostracised and attacked within their own communities. what kind of government attacks their own people?!

How can any leader say don't attend my talks because you don't share my same spiritual beliefs?
If you are the Dalai lama, you are the secular and religious leader of all tibetans, hence you must respect all religioius faiths within your country.
Imagine if Obama says, all jews cannot attend his talk. Or all Shugden ppl cannot attend his public speeches.
That would be outrageous.
That is what Dalai lama is saying, if your Dorje Shugden ppl, don't come to my talks!

Pelden Hlamo, Kalarupa, Mahakala are fierce, with bloodshot eyes, wearing bone ornaments, trampling or riding over blood, humans, gods and the like. They are near naked, dark in color and have fangs.
Many countries, religions and ignorant ppl would consider them evil or demonic in nature.
Certainly they take on that appearance. So why should we be shocked if some ppl believe Dorje Shugden to be not sacred and holy?
Just continue your practice what you feel is right for YOU.

Dalai Lama has been called to Delhi High Court three times so far.
He has been warned by the High Court Judge to stop infringing on Human Rights of Tibetans that practice Dorje Shugden.
Dalai Lama's ban on Dorje Shugden has shocked the Indian Psyche that any leader of his stature can 'ban' any form of worship to any manifestion of the divine.
It is the first time a Dalai Lama has gone to court. But it is all kept quiet.

Dorje shugden is a ghost or not is NOT THE POINT.
The point is that Dalai Lama MAY NOT BAN ANY FORM OF WORSHIP IN A FREE AND DEMOCRATIC INDIA.
Because of this ban, Dalai Lama is going to court. He has been summoned by the High Court in Delhi to plead his case.
By the Dalai lama going to court is a huge message that WHAT HE IS DOING IS WRONG.
United Nations have sent representatives to investigate the ban from Dalai lama as it is not what a democratic leader should do.
