Well, most of the tactics I use were taught to me or learned from video games and other media. Good game to learn how to do basic fire and manuever tactics would be either Full Spectrum Warrior games.

As for books that aren't actually text books I could advise would be "Infantry Combat: The Rifle Platoon" by Col. John F. Antal.

The tactics are useful. I think in real life these tactics can be used as well to fight terrorism. In wargame fight it can be used too.

These are actually tactics used since WWII, suppressive fire and flanking.

fire and manouver AKA flanking. has only ever failed on me once. on brothers in arms road to hill 30. i was using the wrong weapon for the job, i ran outa bullets for my thompson and had to use an M1 garand

sont know what fabiomustachay was saying about the music, but anyway this is an excellent video, and i love the music. its cool to listen to something smooth during gameplay, otherthan that dramatic music. really nice vid though, and nice shooting with the FAMAS.--bad ass assault rifle!!!

I appreciate the comment. I chose Gangstarr for a number of reasons. The first reason is that hip hop (especially stuff from real artists like Guru and DJ Premiere) fit pretty nicely to the urban combat scenario. Second, in all of my other videos it's either been rock or jazz so I wanted to do something different.
