  • Phil, I saw you on Dr. Mercola and have been a fan ever since. I love running outside and breathing the fresh air. I can't find a watch with the ability to do sprint 8 without pressing 20 buttons every rest cycle. Any suggestions?

    I am so happy you brought a demo of Sprint 8 to video. I bought your book Ready,Set,Go and have read it cover to cover and hope to compete in some Master events in the spring.. I will scour Youtube for video on your E-lifts.. Not quite sure on thos..
