The ankle thing is bad, that kind of stuff really creeps me out. But the transformation was great at the start u weren't in bad shape but u still made a huge change.
Good job man, i know how disappointing it must be with the sprained ankle, i was on day 32 and decided to go snowboarding for a day, ended up breaking my wrist! i cant wait to get out of this damn cast in a few more weeks(hopefully...). i cant wait to start up all over again! keep it up man!
great results what phase did you do? lean doubles or classic .

@csc293 pretty good... still a little tender and swollen though. I did make it through plyometrics today and it held up fine.
