  • @HealthyNRJ I did the classic. Started P90X2 on the 16 after a long xmas vacation...

  • @csc293 pretty good... still a little tender and swollen though. I did make it through plyometrics today and it held up fine.

  • You look amazing man. Did you change your nutrition as well or only do the p90x training?

  • @DutchinKorea Yea i changed my diet for the 90 days.. The Diet is a huge part of why p90x works so well

  • I had the same thing happen to me 45days into the program playing basketball.

  • The ankle thing is bad, that kind of stuff really creeps me out. But the transformation was great at the start u weren't in bad shape but u still made a huge change.

  • Good job man, i know how disappointing it must be with the sprained ankle, i was on day 32 and decided to go snowboarding for a day, ended up breaking my wrist! i cant wait to get out of this damn cast in a few more weeks(hopefully...). i cant wait to start up all over again! keep it up man!
