i got mine from completing one of the misson i think? =\ not sure, but once i got the claws, i saw the whipfist and it in the powers section in the menu. try to see if u unlocked it yet. im pretty sure its in the upgrades. hope that helps

dude u could always start a new save, I've also heard the whipfist can be unlocked if u finish the mission that reqiures u to collect the hive genetic material. Its happens very early in the game.

Yeah, you can combine any defensive powers with any offensive powers.

It's part of the storyline, keep playing the missions and you will get it soon enough. It's the only way anyway.

how do you hijack a heli with a whipfist, i mean what the fuck man? i havent found tht anywhere

Once you get the ability to hijack a chopper, you just use the grab with the Whipfist on one, and it'll sling you up onto either the tail, roof, wing, or side, prompting you to press a button to get closer to the front, at which point you'll be prompted to press the normal Hijack button to get in.

i use the grab thing with the whipfist but it never takes me up to the choppers...

u have to be close enough so that the whipfist can reach/ if ur too far away it wont do anything
