@X1OAFREED0M i doubt it, may be he is now with his new fullbring fused bankai, but kisuke, kyuraku, ukitake, shinji and yamamoto only used their shikai during the battle with aizen. and ichigo's father ishin didnt even use shikai yet he was still a lot stronger, my guess is ishin or kisuke is the most strongest. this my opinion only :)
