To see wall go to profile and then wall. If you want to add photo, click on a Album, then click on the "Add More Photos" button, which is on the top right hand side of my profile. Plus I see you uploaded some photos on your profile before making the video, so you must have an idea to do so.

One at first you were on your home page your home page. shows other friends live feeds it only shows yours when you have uploaded content. to see yours you must be on your profile. to upload a photo you must click one of your albums. it then has a link to add more photo's. If you would use your brain and actually take the time to check it out you might find that its really easy and more usuful to use then myspace.
