  • Your neighbors aren't bothered by your use of railroad crossing signals in your yard, are they?

  • does the bell on the new gate work?

  • We are looking for volunteers with your skills at the Gold Coast Railroad Museum.

  • You're all set for when they lay track on your property! Honestly your setup is amazing! Great job on it.

  • Nice! I want a set of lights like that!

  • on th' 1 rr xing signal, y isnt th' gate on it?

  • How cool!!!

  • it looks as if your new gate has the lights spaced out un-even.

  • @mreil23: You're right...did that on purpose...because i'm adding a second section to it. The tip light will be moved farther away soon. Good observation! :D

  • Haha I am hella good at geometry!

  • one thing, it looks like china because the gates would be on the left side of the road if there was a road. LOL

  • lol i need those signals lol im getting memory card soon enjoy my videos look at our sucky crossings

  • Im a signalman for the Union Pacific and I hate doing the things u love. lol If you havnt already keep trying to get on with one of the railroads I think u would make one heck of a signalman. Congrats on your setup.

  • Nice! Do you work on the gang, or are you a maintainer? I want to do the maintaining part. Nothing better than getting paid to do something you love...lol. Why do you hate it so much? The pay is pretty good... :D

  • I'd give anything to have a backyard like that! How close is the nearest railroad to your house?

  • I'm a block from the CN and Conrail main line.

  • Do you still have the sensor in the back alley or did you remove it? I like to wait for the trains in my area and so does my 2 year old daughter. Keep the videos coming.

  • Yep, it's still out there. :D

  • I passed ur house going to drivers ed a few months back, i saw the signals in ur yard

  • Cool.

  • You lucky son of a gun!! You get to play with your railroad crossings without any snow on the ground. I'm Jelous!!!! Very good video by the way!!

  • Electronical bell shuts down when gate is lowered, probably not to disturb neighbors, right?

  • Right on...

  • Mechanicle bell still not working.

  • Nope, it's not wired yet. I won't have it running anyways. It'll be too loud for the neighbors. :D

  • Totally bad-ass!

  • looks like the signal still isnt heavy enough

  • You're right. I'm still missing the fiberglass tip section of the gate. I'll have it soon though. :D
