Great stuff. My only suggestion would be to shout out the exercises when its time to "changeover!!" To the next exercise. Something like "Side straddle hops begin... Change over!!!... flutter kicks begin. This way I don't have to keep looking at my computer to try and remember the next movement. GOOD STUFF keep it up...semper fi.

Well done, tough guy. I remembered when I served in my nation's army fro, 1997-1999, we did these no-frills workouts. I was superfit.now, i'm gonna do these again....
Most certainly, I would start with a simpler routine though. For example, walking a track, and sprinting the straight aways. Then you can add more advanced programs as you grow comfortable.
Thanks for the videos...they are extremely informative. How many days a week do you recommend for the HIIT workouts you've posted if i workout 4 days a week already (MTh upper and TF lower)? Thanks again.
I wouldn't say it's necessarily better -- cardio should be incorporated into everyone's workout. There's definitely many positive benefits to steady state cardio. Balance is key in fitness.
HIIT's unique benefit is that it is very functional. There are many more occasions in life where you'll need explosive power and quick movements than you would have to run at a steady state. Plus, many people want to get into great shape, but only have limited time. HIIT is a great choice in this case.
Thanks. great Video!

This just shows you don't need to go buy a bunch of crap for a good workout.
