On the level of monkey all the people are relative. Parashqevi was also very popular name in... Russia. But I don't call her "Russian". By the way, no clear races left now. Modern Greeks are also very mixed. Most clear Ancient Greek type left on... Sicilia.

Albanians and serbs belong to dinaric race. Parashqevi is also typical sample of dinaric race, also tall slender brunette.

No problem with her name. 100 years before Parashqevi was also very popular name in Russia, now it more rare. Peter is a greek name ("Stone"). Also many people on Europe and America have Greek names and are neither Greek, neither Orthodox. Religion of albanians is albanism any way, despite of names: Enver, Parashqevi, Alida etj.
