I did IT! I had one relapse and I just went back to it even more determined after the relapse that happened on the fifth day. I learned that missing ingredients for me was that I also needed the endorphin release from heavy exercise and I needed to change my diet to a list of foods known to reduce stress. I bought a bicycle and ride heavily twice a day thinking about how Lance Armstrong overcame cancer. YOU SAVED MY LIFE MAN! THANKS! It really is easy!
