  • I did IT! I had one relapse and I just went back to it even more determined after the relapse that happened on the fifth day. I learned that missing ingredients for me was that I also needed the endorphin release from heavy exercise and I needed to change my diet to a list of foods known to reduce stress. I bought a bicycle and ride heavily twice a day thinking about how Lance Armstrong overcame cancer. YOU SAVED MY LIFE MAN! THANKS! It really is easy!

  • all this is so true,after one year of smoking cessation, I feel like I'm gonna cave in and smoke again when I have a depressing day but what will it achieve??? NOTHING!
