another thing you can try is when you save it onto your computer, then put it in your iTunes movies, right click on the video at select "create iPod/iPhone version." after the version is created, you will have two versions of the episode, but only the one you just made will work with your iPod.

Go to the link and type in the 3 letters into the box in the top right hand corner then click download. you will have to wait 45 seconds to download it but then it will say "free download" and then click that
