My dad told me that he didn't participate in the so-called riots. I guess being a countryboy from the South the city life in L..A. was too overwhelming. I probably wouldn't have been born had he participated in the so-called riots. Everything that went up in smoke blacks didn't owned.

The real insurectionists were the police. You don't levy war against people and expect them to not fight for their lives. That goes for weather you are black or white or any other color. In the 60s I was a member of SDS because I was led to believe it was formed to promote freedom. Our Boston branch broke our loose affiliation with the Black Panthers when we discovered they were being financed by the Rockefeller foundations behind the scenes. I then found out that the Rockefellers had not only financed SDS but were responsible for ITS inception, told by an insider that the object was to create chaos so that the government could gain more power & offer "solutions" through Nixon.
