@wantabuy the print out gives a detailed description of all the supplements and how to take them. For the essential oils it gives the benefits of the oils but not much of a direction on applications. does the printout tell you how much of the recommended supplement you should take?
If it is an essential oil does the printout tell how to apply? topically, or aromatic?
