Laser point on the window that the camera is shooting through. You can see its frequency. With a little math you could prove it be determining how long the CCD collects for one frame, then measure the bumps (pulses) you see, and that will tell you the lights frequency. Ever held an LED in front of you and moved it back and forth? Its not a solid light, its pulsing. Second, if you watch what looks like far shore, you can see its source reflected in the window as well. Nice gag... Bad for science.

hey my brother and cousins saw one of that big red lights in chico too.....it went over the mountain then disappear....and then shot some hella flashy objects to the sky...it was hella fast.......no japanese or us technology can be that fast and big.............and plus it was hella silent.....if the us was to shoot something up to the sky....it would been hella loud.....believe it or not but i think it's true.....
