I was kinda hoping that this video would explain if it would have hang up problems or any kind of problems because I don't want to open it and I just bought it from target for around 9 dollars. Kind of cheep for a 4 gig to say that it doesn't have any flaws.

@POPAnimal Once pluged in It acts just like a 4Gb HardDrive. So yes just tell the file to save it to the New Drive Letter, (one you don't see if it is unpluged), that will appear in windows explorer

A file is a file just as on a hard-drive. (A USB drive doesn't know or care). One way is to save to hard-drive and Drag-and-Drop from there to the USB drive as any type of file. (If file sizes are under the 4Gb).
Are you saying you want to play videos form the USB as if it is a DVD disk?

just get the video on ur computer wand co[y and paste it to ur usb or save it directly to ur usb
if u want visd from youtube just download youtube downloader
and it the video is too big just comvert it
