when i was young i thought that when the doctor checked your reflexes you were supposed to intentionally raise your leg as high and fast as you could because of this highly misleading scene at 1:52. i was very confused when the doctor asked me stop doing that. after careful consideration i recognized that grover must know what he's doing, so i kept doing it.

When I was very young, at 2:36 when the doctor said to Grover "you just had it", I thought that meant "I'm giving you the booster shot because you have to get one" or "you are scheduled and supposed to get one." I guess saying "you just had it" was his way of saying "it's over", so instead maybe he should have said "it's over" since I got confused when I was very young.

From 2:43-2:44, what did Grover say? It sounds like he said "doctor I'm insulted." It was after he said "I will take it" and before he said "just a smidge can I say a tiny ow even though it is over" but, I'm not sure what he said.

I remember seeing this clip as a child. I thought he was infront of a wall, kind of like ernie is sometimes, and the doctor examines him. Boy, was I wrong.

@TaTgurl1003 Funny you should say that. When I was young, there was an episode where Barkley hurt himself and had to get x-rays. After all was done and Bob led Barkley out of the vet's office, I thought the door they went out led to the play area on Sesame Street. I later saw the episode again and it turned out that the door led to the hallway of the building where the vet's office was.
