You have no idea how much this applies, right now. The love of my life -besides Yeshua(Jesus)- left me, a long time ago, and is now with another woman. I learned how serious it was, only after I had written him a God-inspired letter. Waiting on Him, now. Not easy, very painful. God has really been working on me and a few of my friends with waiting lately. Some things have happened in our lives and God keeps telling us to be still and wait. He has used this song a lot! We tend to doubt what He has told us after a while and Satan begins to attack. Remember,God is always faithful in keeping His promises. His timing is different than ours. When He tells us to wait, we need to trust Him and listen to Him because He knows what is best for us and He loves us unconditionally.

We may not get our prayers answered right away, and they may never be answered at all, but that's okay, because it's GOD'S doing. If God says no, then it's a no. Though we may not get our way, we must always remember to praise and glorify him, and never let the light fade away. :)

On July 4, 2011.. Something terrible happened to this beautiful young girl that is my girlfriend.. She got hit by a drunk driver, and was found by one of her close friends.. She went into a coma, and she's still is in one.. Please be okay Skylar Marie Hull.. I don't know what I'd do without you..

waiting hurts. i was fired injustly from my job after three years. im in college and cant afford to not have a job with losing it I lose my insurance which paid for my medication for chronic migraines, without it the meds are nearly $100. Im standing firm in God even though I have no idea where He's leading me.
My wife is almost 38 weeks pregnant and in the hospital tonight. My son's heartbeat keeps slowing down much slower than the doctor wants to see. Possibly inducing labor in the morning. I am standing on solid ground and faith that no matter what happens tomorrow morning, God has this whole situation under control. I just have to sit here and wait. Waiting on you Lord.

I went thorough the same thing thought no one understood I even had a terrible incident happen at the Christian School someone was planning to kill me another hated me... both two girls in the whole fifth grade HATED ME LIKE CRAZY they were the only other girls. I was so depressed. I prayed and waited for months. I kept strong though. Now I am at the best time of my life i've had... I've brought people to Christ, and met a whole bunch of people who changed my life.

Be truthful with any anger you may have toward Him, and understand He will always love you. I asked Him why He wasn't answering me early in my walk a couple of years ago outloud to my wife. A couple days later my prayer was answered. He is there, He is listening, and WILL answer according to His plan. Be blessed.

This song now serves as a reminder that, even though I strayed from His plan for me, He is working to smooth out the wrinkles and make me who He wants me to be. I know a girl, she pretended to be happy but she was broken inside. I attend a Christian school and we have church on tuesdays and thursdays. I would look back at her, and she would be flirting with guys. One day, she told me in bible class that she cutted herself. Her mom and dad were fighting & her brother was on drugs. I prayed with her. Today, she is a leader of God. She has let go of her past, and moved on. With God, you can overcome ANYTHING. =D

God is always there... we may not SEE Him with our eyes, or FEEL Him with our touch, but He's always there. We may not get our prayers answered right away, and they may never be answered at all, but that's okay, because it's GOD'S doing. If God says no, then it's a no. Though we may not get our way, we must always remember to praise and glorify him, and never let the light fade away. :)

something ive learned recently and this song has taught me is this: waiting for the Lord to answer isn't just sitting around and saying "Ok God, I'm waiting for what You wanna say." It's serving Him as you wait, which is EXACTLY what this song says. As we wait for the Lord, it's a time to act. Like the husband and wife that so badly want to have a child of their own, but they just can't. They're not just waiting for God to give them a child, they've adopted 2 or 3 children as they wait.

We're having revival at the church and tonight the preacher, preached on how God will give you a crown (blessing) but sometimes you have to wait for it. And me and my friend always say christianity isn't a religion but a way of life. And I know waiting is hard sometimes. But taking every step in obedience while i'm waiting... That's awesome!!!

My wife is almost 38 weeks pregnant and in the hospital tonight. My son's heartbeat keeps slowing down much slower than the doctor wants to see. Possibly inducing labor in the morning. I am standing on solid ground and faith that no matter what happens tomorrow morning, God has this whole situation under control. I just have to sit here and wait. Waiting on you Lord.

What an encouraging song. I am amazed at the testimonies I am reading here that have been posted. Dumbstruck and encouraged all at the same time. God is so very good. but the thing is ive been praying for guidance , for God to put me in the right direction ,, but all that's happend was , a lot of bad things ,, nothing good , , and im not sure if i can wait any longer ,, i mean , i think 2 years of waiting , and having my life be hell , like honestly if God cared about me and wanted to help me , he would have , don't you think ? . @JamesMcclay1 because its just not the time to be answered :) look, God has said it himself that whatever he makes you go through its not going to be hard enough to break you, as long you keep that faith in God that he is keeping you at the right track then he is. honestly all you can do is keep in faith and pray and love God with all your heart with all you mind and with all your soul. :) A christian life isn't easy,just ask Jesus he will know how hard it can really be right?we owe God alot <3

I went thorough the same thing thought no one understood I even had a terrible incident happen at the Christian School someone was planning to kill me another hated me... both two girls in the whole fifth grade HATED ME LIKE CRAZY they were the only other girls. I was so depressed. I prayed and waited for months. I kept strong though. Now I am at the best time of my life i've had... I've brought people to Christ, and met a whole bunch of people who changed my life.

@JamesMcclay1 Like the song says, waiting can be painful, but don't ever give up on God. He will never give up on you. Be truthful with any anger you may have toward Him, and understand He will always love you. I asked Him why He wasn't answering me early in my walk a couple of years ago outloud to my wife. A couple days later my prayer was answered. He is there, He is listening, and WILL answer according to His plan. Be blessed.

This song came out around the time I was dating my husband. I was still living with my mother, thinking about going to Christian college. Instead, I ran away from home and married my husband. This song now serves as a reminder that, even though I strayed from His plan for me, He is working to smooth out the wrinkles and make me who He wants me to be. His will is for me to stay with my husband, get my education, and be involved with children as a special needs teacher or a school counselor.

While I seek God as my husband prepares for a divorce, it's so hard to remain strong. It's so hard to remain hopeful... To move ahead bold and confident? I've been doing the Love/Dare book for almost 6 weeks, taking my time to make sure that everything I do is done from the heart. And as Katherine, my husband didn't respond except to tell me to stop - and now his response is filing for divorce. I wish I knew if my story would end up like the movie...

I know a girl, she pretended to be happy but she was broken inside. I attend a Christian school and we have church on tuesdays and thursdays. I would look back at her, and she would be flirting with guys. One day, she told me in bible class that she cutted herself. Her mom and dad were fighting & her brother was on drugs. I prayed with her. Today, she is a leader of God. She has let go of her past, and moved on. With God, you can overcome ANYTHING. =D
