My mom had appendicitis. I was soo young back then so I can't remember much but if it happened this day, I would feel sooo bad for her

My was horrible. My appendix was black and dead. But it didn't end there. I got an abcess the size of a golf ball.So I had to get a broviac(or a hole in your neck and breast with a line inside your body.You can even feel it!! :p) Now I hve it out but now I have a hole in my body. And I'm 12.

I had mine taken out last year when I was 11 and The contrast for that CT scan was NASTY!! lol and it burned when they gave me that shot before the CT and then I had to pee lol :) And my mom worked at the hospital so I got to see the CT after it was done :)

i had my surgery last year too.it was in agust i remember it like it was yesterday....terrible and horific pain.

My apendix BURSTED meaning it exploded when it was inside of me my mom jsut though i had the stomach flu but when things got worse she took me to the doctor and they said it was appendecitis.. my case was a million times worse. the pain was imbarrable moraphine couldnt even keep it under control. doctors tried to put me on anibiotics, but my body wouldnt accept it the infection/ poison fluid that came out of my appendix when it bursted was flooded all over my stomach i spent 31 days in the hosp.

my lower right side hurts not really bad but pain u know not really when i lay down but starts when i stand up or walk. No fever vomiting or diareah. Apendix?

I had the same thing. Wasn't it weird when you just wake up in the room after your surgery. The worst for me at that point was when I woke up and my underwear was misssing. LOL The first thing I said was "Where are my boxers?"
