I think I am understanding a bit more about this conflict. Syria, IRan,&Hizballah, want to fight Israel w/human resources. They lack money, equipment, and technology. So, they try trading off people. 100-1. Something that Israel has less than its enemies. So, realizing this, Israel wants to make the losses so high, that this kind of warfare is abandoned. Bombing villages&cities, ppl. not interested in ANY war. What a mess. Peace would be much more prosperous for the ppl. -but the regimes?
The interesting thing about the forced withdrawal of Syrian forces from Lebanon, is that this was the first phase of an American-Isaeli plan to launch an attack upon the Lebanon. In an effort to destroy Hezbollah.
That rumor about hezbollah kidnapping an Israeli soldier turned out to be true and we all know what happened next, the israeli terrorists bombed Lebanon and its innocent civilians

Exactly, that is why the neocons and zionists murdered Rafiq al-Hariri, who wanted to send back the syrian troops to Syria.
Ibbe88 3 years ago
Well, I suspect we will never know who killed Hariri, but the question you always have to ask yourself in instances like this is who gained?
