I've been catching up on a load of your reviews the last few days. They're great: you've introduced me to a bunch of stuff and reminded me how much I love a bunch of other stuff. I admit I wasn't keen on the way you review at first but the bad jokes and stuff have grown on me :p Keep up the good work!
nice review. i agree with ten out of five... Scary Monsters was my entree to Fripp, and then i picked up Court..., Red and Beat. three albums by three different bands. there have been crimso/fripp products that i'm not in the mood for, but In The Court always sits well. i don't see it as the end of the sixties, but a wakening from the flower-child dream. they'd seen the 50's with bomb shelters and advent of psychotropic drugs. Moonchild strikes me as a quaint memory of that dream... great album.
Watching this had me wondering how many copies I have. Looking through mine, I have the first Japanese pressing (P33P) and the second one (32VD) too. I've also got the paper jacket edition on Pony Canyon records and another remaster from 2004.
I don't have the box set though. You can never have too many copies.
To answer your question, you don't need help. You need applauding.
Would love to see you tackle the 'Shine On' box set.
Also enjoyed your Tales From Topographic Review but was some
Excellent overview, unboxing and review, I'm glad you did it all in one video. I have the 40th anniversary CD/DVD set, as well as the latest LP release, so it would be difficult to justify getting the box set as well. Nice to see what the set is all about though. Great job as always. Much appreciated.
Darren, what would you suggest to be the starting point on listening to King Crimson?

@TJNC100 That's a very good question. I shall gather my thoughts and ruminate on the topic and try and speak at the camera.

@hippomancy If you reverse the track listing, it is the end of the sixties... Starts with the hippy drippy and ends with the future...

alarmed at the prospect of you doing the entire thing in your birthday suit. Thankfully, taste and decency prevailed.
