Despite of all of Liszt's Complexity it is his simplicity that makes him so easy to listen to! I thank you for the Mephisto Waltz No 1 I have never heard it, and enjoyed it a great deal

Liszt rocks! He and Rachmaninov are my 2 most favorite composers. But I really like any other romantic composer.

Excellent choice. They are the most notable virtuosi along with Chopin, and Alkan. But I would greatly encourage you to look at some of the early russian composers like Sergei Lyapunov, and Scriabin. Truly amazing.
