Because Norway have been following the Social Democratic model, alot of money goes into keeping their population out of poverty and training and educating people. As a result; Norway has a low immigration rate compared to the rest of Europe as they aren't as dependent on foreign trained workers. well, we have something called custody in Norway, and if you get 21 years + custody it means you can be held in prison after the 21 years is over. But it's not automatic. A judge must approve.

He felt so threatened and paranoid he had become this knightly figure to save his homeland. The island contained people over age 17 with strong political leverage that wanted to inititiate an invasion in his mind. A normal (sane) person would of killed themself after doing this, but as a knight his actions were necessary.
