Ella and the man are I think in a relationship and she thinks he doesn't love her anymore because he disappeared and decided to follow him and saw he's with another girl. Ella doesn't know the man is sick that's why he is hiding.

I just don't know if the girl he's with is his friend or sister but one thing is for sure he loves Ella.
