Station management should have gotten rid of "Big Joe" before Ray and/or Casey. Henry simply repeats the same old stuff - not a thing unique except for his "jokes" and, of those, only about half are a bit funny. And what's with the all-request shows?? Just sit there a record phone calls then queue up the song? That's not performing--it's rote, robotics.
