I'm curious as to how mixing is done.

Is it all strictly live? I know two records are cross faded. It sounds like it's ran through an effects processor. Do Dj's use a device that samples a part and plays it back during a performance? Because I saw a guy scracthing the record but I didn't here it.

well done bruv, but try it with out the auto bpm counter thats the main job of a dj matching up the 2 diffrent beats to together.

thats not really right m8 :) the dj's main job, is to deliver music to a mass of people, and maybe give the music new life in term of setting certain moods in people :).

Matching up 2 different beats is, well you know beatmixing, and that is not excactly what makes a dude a dj :)

Yes, I used two devises. Firstly, ableton Live which is my main dj system of macintosh computer. (Distortion, Erosion, Delay) Secondly, KaossPad, it's hardware. (Loop, Flanger)

But, my kaosspad is old one.
