Mocking Bird Attacks Cat

Mocking birds are so cool. I found two Mocking birds going after it this morning..

i've seen those birds dive bomb humans! they don't care who or what you are. But mjnau is correct, there is a nest very close by.

mockingbirds are very protective of their nests. There is one in the tree above the cat. They will attack any animal or human that they feel is a threat.

Birds do this to my dog, she gets so annoyed that she tries killing them but she's never fast enough.

It's weird. I've seen a video of a mockingbird attacking an eagle, and now I see it attacking a cat, and neither animal seemed to give two shits.
