honestly, i don't think Dio or Tyler sing better than the other. it's just a matter of what they bring to the table. They both do an outstanding job. Tyler brings out his rocking scream when crying "Dream on", while Dio gives the whole song an almost operatic quality. Depends on what ya like. Just stop hating.

Great cover... but Aerosmith remains always Aerosmith. Dio has a very strong and beautiful voice, but in the studio version of Deam on by Aerosmith, the young and scared voice of Steven is the best voice i've ever heard. Malmsteen is a God, but in the original song the simple Joe Perry's guitar hit you in the heart. AEROSMITH FOREVER. /^^(A)^^\

I like this version but not as much as Aerosmith's version ! i don't like the guitar even if i agree that malsteen is one of the best guitarist but it doesn't really fit with the song. I mean his solos don't make the song sound better even though they are technically perfect. I prefer shorter and easier Perry's solos, for instance after the First Dream On ! Dream On! Dream On you can't find anything better than what Joe perry plays. but nice cover though
