  • fucking campers

  • @chiltington and @390bullitt1968, what are you even really arguing about? If its the Holocaust, let me word it in a simple way. 11 million were killed, of which 6 million were jewish. their remains were either burned until practically nothing remained, or were buried in mass graves that we have never dug up. as for proof, we have the concentration camps, images of the camps, survivors (of which some are alive today), and even nazi's who admitted it happened. thats all the proof i need.

  • This is a great peice. Anyone who likes to read about WW2 I recommend a book called "The Longest Day" by Corneleus Ryan. It's a great book about what happened from June 4 - 6. It tells the stories from both sides. From Erwin Rommel to Privates in the american army all the way to what the citizens in St. Mere Eglise were doing on that day. We all know a great battle took place. But the book goes into the little details that hollywood never shows.

  • why so many dislikes

  • @33BottlesOnMyDesk Probably because the title says "Rare Scene".........instead of Radio Broadcast.

  • This is fuckin crazy!! i can just imagine everything

  • Germany was no threat to the USA. It was the USA that had first declared war on Germany via arms shipments to Britian. How many veterans see no issue with FDR having made Stalin a power house of communism in which 30,000,000 white Christians were murdered in cold blood. guess that was NOT a war crime! Nope 30,000,000 is not a war crime!

  • @390bullitt1968 Your comment prompted me to look at your channel page.

Your comments there show you to be a Jew-hating holocaust denialist. Also a Nazi sympathiser/enthusiast.

Which would explain your twisted view of history.

  • @chiltington Baloney. Have you ever read the Gospel of John ?

My post proves beyond a reasonable doubt Wiesel was never in Auschwitz. Every person who entered the camp, even 5 yr olds, were tattooed. Each person was logged into the camp. Elie fails both tests. When asked by Oprah on a Auschwitz tour, if the TREES were there in 1945. Elie is clueless, and blurts out YES. He is wrong, Auschwitz had no trees in 1945 since it was a new camp. Elie is a liar,

    does that matter?

  • @390bullitt1968 So what if Weisel is a fake?

There were around six million people who certainly didn't fake their deaths in extermination camps. According to you, these events never happened. You have even claimed the US Army spent two years looking for evidence of crematoria, but never found any. There was no holocaust. Himmler was a good guy.

If you are a religious person, and sane, you ought to pray to your god for forgiveness for your wicked hatred.

  • @chiltington - Wrong, I never said there were no crematoria. I said the US Army spent two years looking for proof of a " gassing program " or a " poisoned body ". Why do you feel the need to twist my words. You are uneducated. I have a Ph.D and have carefully researched the forensic evidence. I know the facts, you are buried neck deep in the myths and hearsay tales that have ALL been discredited as lies or pure fabrications.

  • @chiltington - Keep in mind the Holocaust promoters are clear on the definition of the Holocaust. 1.) Hilter ordered the killing of Jews. 2.) the jews killed numbered 6,000,000.

3.) Zyklon-B gas was themeans MOST of those 6,000,000 died.

The truth is, all three of those are bold lies. Not one Jew was EVER gassed in ANY camp, and the only so called EVIDENCE is hearsay. Hearsay is not the rule of law, it is gossip, and never used to put others to death enmasse.

  • @390bullitt1968 Your hatred of the Jews has clearly twisted your mind.

There is a whole mountain of evidence. Proof of the gassings. Proof of other executions. Proof of shocking cruelty. Proof. Not just evidence.

I almost feel sorry for you.

  • @chiltington Just because I know the facts and am not afraid to proclaim the truth, you accuse me of something that has no basis in fact. Tell me how many poisoned bodies were found! It is well known that the US government psych ops had littered Germany with 3 million leaflets saying Jews were being gassed in the camps. The regular army had no clue, so they went looking for these victims. They NEVER found one. p.s Bigfoot lives on my farm...really! I hope you are not a Bigfoot hater.

  • @390bullitt1968 Seriously, you need help.

Next thing you'll be telling me the newsreels shown in 1945 were fake. That German civilians were not forced to visit their local extermination camps to view the Nazi attrocities. That no Zyklon-B cannisters were found. That there was no systematic extermination programme.

I've heard some conspiracy theories.....but your one is just plain sick.

How do you manage to live with the festering hatred that destroys all sense of reason?

  • @chiltington - The ' PROOF' the hoaxsters put forward are some old shoes, some hair clippings and empty cannisters of the bug spray, Zyklon-B. What about poisoned bodies, or mass graves or photos or actual orders? LOL. Nope, that might amount to REAL evidence and there is nothing more than a few hundreds 'survivor' clowns each making up a story more bizarre than the next. Read - Dr Arthur Butz's book- The Hoax of the 20th Century. Or, Germar Rudolf's Lectures on the Holocaust.

  • @chiltington part 2- when you understand 100,000 died from mass starvation , complements of the Army's bombing every German rail line and some typhus outbreaks in the camps, you understand the orgins of the Hoax. Do you realize Elie Wiesel, forgot to mention GAS CHAMBERS in his first book. yep, the lie back then was BURNING DITCHES, thus he used the popular lie back then, only to delete it

and add gas chambers in later books. amazing what you learn when you do research. Give it a try.

  • @chiltington The Jews, All aGREE 5,000,000 NON JEWs like Catholics, protestants and others were gassed. Just 11,000,000 gassed in a few small rooms, over a 24 month period. That is numerical eqivalent of 15 cities the size of San Francisco all gassed over 2 yrs, and not one body with gas in it ever found! I guess anyone who denies that ALSO hates Catholics too! do some research and learn the 6,000,000

holocaust story was floated many times prior to 1942.

  • @390bullitt1968 I almost did a lol at your preposterous comment. But it's not at all funny.

Somehow, history has ignored the ghettos and mass transportation of all those catholics and protestants of which you speak?

You can't even get your arithmatic right. Never mind your history.

    Pathetic hate-filled little man.

  • @chiltington - Thanks Saul. When you have nothing to say, just resort to the ad hominem. Are you paid to post that or were you able to think it up all on our own.

Here's a bagel, now take your seat.

  • @390bullitt1968 I presume the Saul and bagel remarks are an attempt at anti-Jewish insult.

I also presume that you think I'm Jewish. I'm not. That would be another thing you got wrong, then.

Oh well, why let poor assumption (and historical fact) get in the way of good old-fashioned racism.

    Pathetic hate-filled little man.

  • @chiltington - I assume nothing. You think 11,000,000 people got gassed in a bedroom sized room and their remains disappeared. Fine. I happen to know the story is false and there is not a shred of forensic evidence to support it. Keep trying Saul,

maybe one day you will figure it out. Order up ! bagel with lox easy on the cream cheese.

  • @390bullitt1968 Don't try to tell me what I think. Idiot.

II million people? Bedroom sized room? Remains disappeared?

What fucking planet are you on?

    Pathetic hate-filled little man.

  • @chiltington Yes,11 million. 6,000,000 of the chosen and 5,000,000 goy. The official story is; ALL got gassed in a room the size of a bedroom, and the remains are all gone. That is the story YOU THINK is real and is known as the holocaust.

  • @390bullitt1968 You have your "facts" all wrong.

You choose to ignore the well-documented truth.

Your mind is twisted by hatred.

You live in a deluded little world of your own.

And, AGAIN, to are trying to tell me what I think.

There is absolutely no point in continuing this discussion.

Go find another platform for your poisonous outpourings. Idiot.

You are not worth the effort of further discussion.

  • @chiltington - holocaust denier. LMAO

  • fuck you asholle deth to all people

  • Britain sufffered higher losses in World War Two than the USA. Britain fought for longer. Britain fought along with the Empire in France. But Americans regard WW2 as their war.

  • @THthefirst Fuck you talking about??

  • @THthefirst of course, but didn't Americans also create gravity, the sun and moon and water? If Hollywood said they did, everyone would believe it ... true

  • @ATTACKaMAC Hey, you forgot air, dirt and wood. Give us all the credit we are due dammit! Now, the next time you use your American created fingers to type on your American invention, the computer, you will show gratitude. Which by the way was another of our inventions. Thanks you, and have a great day ( we created those too).

  • @ATTACKaMAC looks like someone hating on Americans again because they are jealous.

  • Comment removed

  • @O7ROADKING America also had more in the war than the British, but they were in the war longer. We all won the with a combines effort to stop the shit talk.

  • @THthefirst American soldiers dead 416,800

British soldiers dead 383,800 do the math and tell the other 2 anti Americans to read a history book.oh and next time you see a male American 87 or older Thank him for your existence!

  • @O7ROADKING Well said. And I'm Briitish. I hate anti-American bullshit.

I have to say though that Britain lost a bigger percentage of it's population than the USA. And your figure doesn't include civilian casualties.

  • @KingsofSparta indeed i have that book and read in iran i always was interested in warfare even as a little kid collecting stuff you know helmets, medals but the strike came when my german and russian granddads gave their medals to me i always wear it on christmas and when i sit next to the christmas tree i always say;'if you could see me now' i lost my brother in iran hope you will never see that peace from holland merry christmas already

  • where can i find the compleet broadcast?

  • we are now coming on the beach and OH MY GOD LOOK OUT and troops are being fired at but slowly making their way up the beach.

THANK GOD FOR THE BRAVE MEN THAT FOUGHT AND WON WW2 FOR OUR FREEDOM

  • @LtAce150 Your freeedom.. ^^ Guess who wanted this war besides hitler? all of them.

  • @mrbayouba: He wasn't in the middle of a battle and NOT SCREAMING. If you'd have listened, he was describing trucks moving onto the beach. No trucks went ashore in the middle of that battle, I can assure you. By the time their were trucks on the beach, the Germans on the cliffs and in the bunkers were either dead, wounded, or captured. Once the first waves of Infantry got off the beach, up to the sea-wall and then up to the bluffs on Omaha, the Krauts were pretty much done for in that area.

  • in thE MIDDLE of a battle IN WW2 AND NOT SCREaming

  • Wow, he makes it seem as if it was a football game....

  • hm.. if you think about it the usa might be the biggest loser of ww2..

from that point on they committed very hard to be the biggest military player in the world and look where they are now.. it is the poorest country on earth..

now some people might wonder"the poorest country on earth.. what the hell is he talking about".. well it is a fact that usa is the country with the most dept.. and who is poorer somebody without no money or somebody who is 50k in dept (american average)

  • @BadWithNames123 Doesn't matter really, we didn't go into the war, we were fighting back after an attack. If we wouldn't have gone into the war, the Axis may have won. Just saying. Although the USSR was very strong.

  • @KablamClipz japan was forced into the war by the american isolation politics against japan..

  • @BadWithNames123 which were completely fair, but japan was basically a communist country with the government they had, and they just HAD to attack us and make it worse.

  • @BadWithNames123 Bollocks.

  • Terrible ignorant comment. Not only does this demonstrate you have been almost no where in the world but it also demonstrates that whatever institution you were educated in failed terribly. The poorest country in the world is in no way determined the national debt but by the average earnings, GDP, and general quality of life. If you look at Burundi, which has the lowest GDP in the world, the dept is not particularly high because they are not particularly productive.

  • Respond to this video. However a country like Sudan, which has been ravaged by war, poverty, famine and disease is in dept bu quite productive due to its oil productions. Here is a real world perspective provided to you by an educated individual looking to rid the wolrd of ignorant liberals like you with no real world perspective, go join the 99% you dumb fuck.

  • Rare? My ass. Its a picture.

  • Wow, in the middle of a battle and he's not screaming his lungs out, but talking calmly. Take notes, war journalists.

  • @iAREanthonyyy that's because he's safely FAR away from the danger zone

  • @iAREanthonyyy : in his report he states: "it must *have been* a rugged fight"...and "the beach is lined with... trucks , vehicles of all kinds, materials" ...etc. The brutal beach fighting occured before all that machinery made its way on land to establish the beachhead. Therefore the reporter wasn't in "the middle of a battle" literally. I'm not doggin' him, though. A journalist in a warzone has nerve, for sure.

  • @iAREanthonyyy

And that Makes History, my friend

  • sadly, a satchel full of film being loaded onto a ship was dropped into the sea and most footage of that day was lost. I wonder if that famous film of the US soldier falling from gun fire as he ran up the beach died.. I expect he did .. That photo is not of Normandy..

  • if anybody has ever read the book the spearheaders (a book about the darby rangers invasions during WII) I thought you might like to know that Howard Andre who is talked about at the end of the book is my great uncle

  • BTW YOUR BRAINLESS ARE RARE NOT THIS PPT PRESENTATION...

  • noob user!!! fuck this ppt presentation...

  • The seas were so rough the navy ships stopped their barrage a whole 1/2 hour before the troops landed that's why they were slaughtered so badly if the sea allowed the troops to stay on time with the barrage from the war ships chances are the enemy would all have been hunkered down in their bunkers . It was just a bad plan that didn't take the rough seas and strong currents and rip tides into consideration causing massive casualties. At least that's what my grand father told me

  • I still think Speilberg has the best depiction of that day anyone will ever even come close to seeing, and that was only part of one beach

  • Where do you suppose he was in relation to the action?Bearing in mind his calm demenour!

  • WTF WAS THAT

  • Is he calm or souless?

  • @SunnyLovetts calm dumbshit

  • uguys think d day was tough the us marines made several of these lanings against a suicidal enamy dufing world war II, and they had shityer equipment and less support and less time to plan for their each landings, nothing against te army but the marines diserve a lot more crefit than they get

  • @d00d1eb0b - News Flash, The Army had more Anphibious assults on record that the Marine Corp..Example: Okinawa- Four divisions of the U.S. 10th Army (the 7th, 27th, 77th, and 96th) and two Marine Divisions. Nothing aginst the Marines, but thats the history.

  • That's Walter Cronkite...he was there on D-day.

  • @roobyroo88 He was the best reporter ever. Right til the end.

  • im german and my great grandpa was forced to fight or the nazis would kill his whole family

  • @justinmidgetman Those who judge the German soldiers that fought the Americans, and hold it against them, just don't understand that not everyone had a choice.

  • @justinmidgetman I understand. My great uncle was forced to fight for the Nazis. He managed to disguise himself somehow and got the hell out of Germany. He fought with the Italians for awhile and some other others then made his escape to England where he surrenderd as a POW. He lost his parents and 6 sisters. Imagine having to live with that. I am sure there were many others as well. Ppl tend to think that every German was a Nazi. Not true.

  • ok that reporter got huge BALLS

  • fuck you

  • I had 3 great uncles hitting the beaches with the rest of the big red one, and their brother flew a C-47 to drop some paratroopers of the 101st on D-day. They all survived, believe it or not, and I can't tell you how thankful I am for their sacrifice and everyone else's on D-day.

  • fascinating

  • My great grandpa survived d-day but died in the battle that followed.

  • you can here some shelling in the backround

  • WTF is it? lol -.-

  • "Not very pleasant" i think that qualifies as the understatement of the century.

  • I'm not trying to be rude or anything. But the Nazi's epically killed us on D-Day.

  • And dude shut up the only reason people talk bout omaha beach alot is because it was the most popular d day so relax...

  • its funny to me cuz there was a d-day where these soldiers had to climb this cliff.. and lotta people died...

  • KingsofSparta has a point.

  • OK LETS GET THIS SORTED!!!! D-DAY IS NOT JUST ABOUT OMAHA BEACH! REMEBER THE BRITISH AND CANADIANS AT SWORD, JUNO, GOLD, AT THE USA AT UTAH TOO, ALSO REMEBER THE AIRBORNE DISIVISON PARACHUTING BEHIND THE DEFENSES. STOP THINKING OF VIDEO GAMES AND SAVING PRIVAT RYAN, WATCH "THE LONGEST DAY" OR PICK UP A BOOK

  • @KingsofSparta sorry if my spelling is bad, keyboard is broke

  • @KingsofSparta SHIT I GOT THAT MOVIE THE LONGEST DAY NEVER WATCHED IT I'M GOING TO NOW!

  • @KingsofSparta amen to that my bampa landed at gold beach and he only spoke about it once "i was to young" i was told he cryed and said how terrible it was... how the machine guns sounded liek "pop pop pop" and how he lost sooo many of his freinds that day... i never wanted to ask him about it.

  • @KingsofSparta

Thank you! I hate people who only think the Americans stormed the beach.

  • @KingsofSparta good point. Im an American, and to be honest....I think one of the reasons other than Hollywood movies, that you hear alot about Omaha, is that this was mainly what we were taught about in school- the actions strictly of the US on D-Day. Sadly I think that most Americans (especially nowadays youth) dont take the time to explore further than what they see in movies or have heard from there school teacher. Sacrifices were made by all Allies and no country shall be forgotten!

  • @12thpanzerHJ im nearly 14, and i've studied quite a bit about normandy, how the canadians and the enlglish also stormed the beach, not all youth are stupid. i know more about it than most people do, and i didnt get it all from the internet, which is misleading

  • @KingsofSparta Or visit Normandy.

  • @KingsofSparta True. A the D-Day is also a generic term used for any amphibious invasion during World War II.

  • @KingsofSparta And lets not forget about Major Werner Pluskat.........

  • @KingsofSparta D-day (omaha) was the most courageous of them all,and where most were expected to die and did, everything was wrong, tide was up when it wasnt supposed to be,amphibious tanks were lost before landfall, and men were dropping like flies, yet still won

  • @Ilikemusicman "tide was up when it wasn't supposed to be..."? it's on a regular, clockwork-like cycle, controlled by the moon circulating the earth -- did the moon speed up it's rotation for short while? or did the Laws of Gravity temporarily change?

  • @KingsofSparta

    YOU ARE WRONG!!!

OMAHA WAS BY FAR THE MOST DIFFICULT AND PRETTY MUCH WHY WE REMEMBER D-DAY, THE OTHER BEACHES WERE HEAVILY SHELLED FIRST, UNLIKE OMAHA. EVEN OTHER BEACHES WERE MORE FORTIFIED, BUT RECEIVED ARTILLERY BOMBARDMENT PRIOR TO THE LANDING, AND THEREFORE MET LESS RESISTANCE, WHEREAS WE MET FULL. NOT TO SAY THAT EVERYONE ELSE DIDN'T HAVE WORK TO DO, BUT WE DID SUFFER THE MOST CASUALTIES.

    AND FIX YOUR CAPS LOCK.

  • @BlueDevil115 that's because the US Navy screwed up and shelled too far inland, the Germans joked about how they were scaring some farmers with their shelling

  • i have the longest day with the duke john Wayne right?

  • My great-uncle died in Normandy

  • dday isnt a beach

  • @killerpups17 dday was the name of their attack, they thot that taking these beachs would mean thatthe war would be over by christmas. lol it was when the canadian americans teh brits stormed 4-5 different beachs

  • balls of steel, my respect for he and all the soldiers who fought that day

  • realy sorry

  • Reporters today are all media whores.

  • How could someone dislike this men gave thier lives to protect us its just sad how many inconsiderate pricks we have in this world

  • this is about as close to d-day our generation can get

  • thank you for posting, I love all this stuff; WW 2 and such, very compelling

  • John madden should have been alive at tge time

  • AM Radio was the internet, twitter, text, video & TV of the day all rolled into one. The Broadcasters of WW-2 radio did a fantastic job bringing the news to the people. My Mother told me that you would get chills listening to the radio on days like D-Day, you would listen and form the pictures in your mind. We today with all our media can't imagine what this was like. Thanks for posting this great audio history!

  • Is this from Utah Beach?

  • Great video, thanks..' Respect for all the people who fought for my and your freedom.

  • amazing how calm he is, they don't make reporters like they used to

  • @lorinczm He has to be calm. If he was as jittery as he should be, he couldn't report the new properly.

  • @lorinczm They are trained for this kind of stuff. We have reporters like this today.

  • @lorinczm this reporter is a cold motherfucker!

  • @lorinczm couldnt agree more, and the way he uses words like fantastic and increadible

  • Thanks for this Drew !

  • another great video. a lot of troops died that day.

  • I have every major radio newscast from 1933 to 1945, if you'd like for me to upload some more of them just let me know and if your looking for specific one just ask and i'll try to get them up for ya

  • @HillBillyDrew please do my friend... history, especially this occasion should not be forgotten but shared to the world on behalf of those who sacrificed all.

  • @HillBillyDrew absolutely amazing, My Grandfather was over in the Pacific at this moment in time. God bless all those boys. The reporter keeps himself in good spirits considering where he is.. you know hundreds are dying as he speaks. I'd imagine the Germans were speechless looking out at 5,000 ships as were the allies looking up at those dark, ominous, fog covered cliffs. To run from low tide to the seawall, is just, something so great to ask of those boys with dozens of MG42s aimed right at em

  • @HillBillyDrew do you have any spoken from the dutch queen on 'radio oranje'? during ww2?

  • @HillBillyDrew do you have any spoken from the dutch queen on 'radio oranje? during ww2?

  • @HillBillyDrew do you have any spoken from the dutch queen on 'radio oranje?

  • @HillBillyDrew do you have the one about midway

  • @HillBillyDrew Make sure you back them up a thousand times

  • @wizart49

    3000 - it's just a usual firefight
