The public are allowed there as the main enterence is to the museum is there, however we always get some stupid tourists annoying our soldiers, mostly adolesent girls and guys who think it will be "cool" to try annoying a British Soldier. So a point of note, do not ever get to up too close when you are trying to be "hip" as you will get hit.
