You can download pedestrians and cars and maps , which are called mods for GTA SA . You need the tools to install them as well . Try gtaforums to learn and gtagarage to download stuff , use google to find those sites .

Since it would take pages to explain and this isnt the place for it , I will say 4 basic things are needed , FRAPS , SA Studios , map editor and a video editor . On top of that I learned how to put models in SA . All found on the internet through searching , I am self taught I encourage it in others , part of the fun .
