This one play sums up ND's entire season. I'm an ND fan, but let's face it, our defense sucked big time. True, Gerhart is a human tank, but look at that tackling. It's a disgrace. Brian Smith misses with an arm tackle, Gary Gray get bowled over and Harrison Smith gets taken for a ride for 6 yards. At least we didn't get slaughtered the way Stanford beat up USC. One reason rarely does a white person is allowed to play running back in College so there isn't any change to making it to the pros, then on the pro level white runners are looked as being slow. You watch he won't go as high in the draft as you expect and then the team that picks him will shovel him into the fullback position. It's totally wrong.
