The thing on his legs is a doggie wheelchair because he couldn't use his back legs. The legs are wrapped in co-flex tape so he wouldn't get scrapes on them when they dragged on the ground. We also covered his toenails with these plastic toenails you can glue on. He had degenerative myelopathy, which is why he lost the use of his legs.
