i was at the mets game when mike piazza had his first game at shea since he was a met. he did warm ups right in front of me. his hair was shiny so i asked him what shampoo he uses and he said avon. awesome.

Gate "C" opens two and a half hours prior to the game so that you can watch batting practice. Regardless of where your ticket is for, you can get right up close to watch batting practice. They ask that you leave the area when batting practice ends and find your seat. The Mets are really cool about letting you take photos and try to get autographs. Hope this helps and Let's Go Mets!!!!

Oh ok thanks. I always thought that all the gates opened an hour and a half before the game. I'll have to try that during the playoffs.
