I make Halva all the time but this is not the way I do it. It is too loose and the color is different. and it is not suppose to have oil on top. I have never seen anything like this before..whose recipe is this from??Iran??
@talithatina Hi there are lots of Halva types, this is one of typicals in Iran, but there are alot more in Iran such as Carrot halva which is orange, black Halva, and so on...Other countries have also other types. But this is most famous in Iran
