However, I think you guys are selling the '80's short. First of all, it was the greatest music decade, bar none, which spilled over into the movie realm, and it had a ton of excellent hits including: Scarface, Conan the Barbarian, The Terminator, Back to the Future, Aliens, Diehard, Glory, The Blues Brothers, Blade Runner, Escape from New York, Colors, and the teenage sex comedy genre was invented in the '80's.

The '80's are a tie with the '90's, and definitely beat the '00's.

Here's my 2 cents on movies. The '60's was the decade where movies (and music) first became cool. Pretty much everything that came before the '60's was awkward and corny, including the good stuff.

I think I agree that the '70's was the best movie decade. It saw the first global blockbuster movies like Jaws, Rocky, Star Wars, and Close Encounters. There were great movies in all genres. I was born in 1968 and had fun being a kid in the '70's.

I like thisese years and decades in movies. I loked this decade but I agree with Madworld. The 70's were even better. Now I am not having in mind what could have been the 30's. Gone with the wind is the one that comes to my mind but I didn't adore it as the rest of the world.

I sincerely doubt that there was a greater decade in Cinema ever. I also doubt that there will be another one so incredibly good. I am so glad that I watched to practcally all those movies.

What a great look back at that decade. I cannot believe that some of those movies are now 15-20 years old. You picked the best, and of course, that scene of Meryl and Goldie from "Death Becomes Her" is CLASSIC! I love this Craig, it was a great decade for film.

Ok I really enjoyed this. The 90s are awesome for two reasons. 1. I do think the 90s were one of the premiere decades in film and 2. this is my nostalgic period, my youth. So I enjoy any video that pertains to 90s, but this one is pretty sweet. 5/5
