YOUNG, very poisonous Amanitas, such as Amanita phalloides (death cap) and destroying angels (A. bisporigera, A. ocreata, and A. virosa) resemble puffballs in their immature phase. But that looks like an awesome farm you're working on, and really cool that you get to sell wild mushrooms to restaurants in Manhattan.
