I love you!! I'm not very good in commenting so I don't most of the time but I just want you to know that I really love all your videos and they all get my thumbs up! You've got all of my support! Keep on being awesome! xxx
As someone who was diagnosed with iron deficiency anemia, I am vegan and I no longer am deficient. I get way more iron from leafy greens than I ever had gotten from eating red meats. Some people are not very educated in nutrition. I can say, with great confidence, that meat does not have to be consumed (AT ALL) for anemia. My iron levels used to be so low, I couldn't donate blood. Since going vegan, my health problems have disappeared. People are brainwashed when it comes to eating meat.
I eat at least 100 calories of meat a day. I hardly think this is wrong. My wife was anemic until she started eating a serving of red meat every day to get her iron up. This video was kind of all over the place to prove a preferance not for what I thought it would be Nd to stick up for animal rights.
Yea sure factory farming is wrong In some circumstances. However trying to get people not to eat meat based on this is unreasonable, as a viewer of these vlogs. This out of the multitude of problems we have currently all over the globe seems like it is miniscule unless simply stated for the reason of getting people to go vegan, not fight for animal rights or over slaughtering and being wasteful in the farming industry.
I've been vegan so long, I can't even imagine what it would be like to eat that crap again. The smell of cooking flesh actually makes me want to throw up now and I can actually smell meat on people's breath (something even I thought was a myth). My best recommendations for a healthy vegan diet - low fat (better off eating higher carb content) and don't over do it on the spices (two mistakes I made early on).
the problem of factory farming is 2 fold. first of all, the evil industry is a godless institution that only sees numbers, and is so heavily subsidized that it cannot fail, unless the state itself fails. whats worse is that they pushed organic farming out of business through unfair practices.
2nd issue, there are not enough farmers to support the masses without the aide of industrial farming. if 25% of the population were farmers, then we will all win economically and health and moral.
one person doesnt have a heart.

@cannibalcountry I agree. Whenever I see things like sausages now I almost vomit.
I can't believe I used to eat those things as a child. I prefer my more orthodox primate diet; lots of green things and no concentrated tubes of fat.

How do you figure?
.
"and health"
I eat factory-farmed butter, eggs, and preserved meats. What's unhealthy about that?
