God the ending made me so mad. The whole game was about how they couldn't clone a jedi, and the ending is literally "Well we did. The end. ....... Fuck you."

Here is my opinion. The body Vader showed the Dark apprentice was the Original. But, heres the real mind fuck. The Starkiller you play as during the second half of the first game is himself a clone. He died when Vader betrayed him. He recovered the body in order to clone it.

I have a theory of what happened with the dark clone: maybe Vader planned all of this to know the rebel base and use himself as bait. And see if starkiller still had the potential to become a Sith again. And put the dark clone to kill starkiller of he decided to kill him, and maybe even had bobba fett as a sniper as plan B. But is just a theory.
I wonder if its like tfu 1 because if u choose dark side ending u kill vader and u get to be sidious' apprentice and since this game is meant to be between sw 3 and 4 the light side is the correct ending in tfu 1 but in tfu 2 both dark and light side can be correct according to the movies.

Ya I kept hoping that the fight with Vadar was mid-way through the game, and the plot would take a twist, sending you on another 3-5 missions. I think the missions were longer this time, but fewer of them.
This should be the cannon ending....imagine if they had Luke fight this Starkiller. It could actually happen with this ending, unlike the first game's dlc.

@Videot01 Did you watch the last "Distant Thunder" cutscene. Vader says to evil clone to interfear only when it necessary. So as the good clone didn't try to kill Vader in Light Ending, Evil Clone didn't made any apperence cuz it's unnessary.

Sorry to just Jump on here like this but here's my two cents worth, re the good ending: I believe that Vader allowed himself to be captured in order to seek out the rebels and mince them once and for all. Vader seems to continuously get his arse handed to him in these series of games tho. It would truly be a dark day for...the dark side if Vader is actually this rubbish. @Videot01 Did you watch the last "Distant Thunder" cutscene. Vader says to evil clone to interfear only when it necessary. So as the good clone didn't try to kill Vader in Light Ending, Evil Clone didn't made any apperence cuz it's unnessary.
He may appear in TFU3.

@Videot01 He did look closely at the end in the good ending at the space pod that takes off following them. thats the evil clone going off to hunt them down.

@Videot01 he was ordered not to show up unless there was no other way, only then his training would be complete. Makes sense if you think about it, Vader could use him later as a "secret weapon". We have to wait for TFU 3 though

ok, read some of the other comments on here and it seems to me no one liked this ending. Including me! I mean what the hell? the ending (good or bad) is supposed to show the consequences of the choice you/starkiller makes? but this darkside one especially is more like an alternate reality! everything about this ending is a big continuity mistake? i mean if Vader can clone Jedi/Sith then why the need for Stormtroopers at all in IV V & VI?

(hahahaha) and if the cloning process has indeed been perfected after all and Vader lied! Then why the need at all to have made a good Starkiller then? and if hes not a clone.... then he'd just have killed him at the begining! This ending just does not make "Logical sense"!

@hardip916 Neither of them are the real Starkiller. Vader lied about the cloning process not being perfect. Hear Vader at 0:30 and he says it rather shortly.

Sorry to just Jump on here like this but here's my two cents worth, re the good ending: I believe that Vader allowed himself to be captured in order to seek out the rebels and mince them once and for all. Vader seems to continuously get his arse handed to him in these series of games tho. It would truly be a dark day for...the dark side if Vader is actually this rubbish. It ruins the films and, to be honest, Vader, for me personally. Darth Vader is and always has been my favourite fictional cha
