  • I sometimes use a foot massager that vibrates against my back. The contact does help with releasing phlegm. And I do breathe easier.

  • this has been helping me today and i have had this one all day

  • @flagcorprules Thank You for your comment. I am glad you have been helped .

  • This helps a lot thank you!..

  • @einztein26 I'm glad you found the Protocol helpful.

  • when having an asthma attack, find a place where a particular person can breathe easily. then tap his/her back circularly. it helps that person to spit out his/her phlegm. then sit up straight. then give a water. that's what my sister did to me when i am having my asthma attack in public place.

  • when using MDI (Inhaler), you should place 2 fingers distance between your mouth & the inhaler to prevent the corticosteriod stuck in the mouth (*cause dry mouth).

  • when having an asthma attack having someone place there hand on the chest and back does help a bit, well it kind of helped me when i was little lol

  • Thanks for you comment.

  • I would love to see the evidence behind reflexology and contact healing in managing asthma, if you have them :)

  • There is a lot of evidence. Do your research on reflexology and laying on of hands i.e. Reiki.

  • @gippsmed It's true, I haven't done the reflexology during an attack, but the contact healing does help, I found my girlfriend massaging my back helped relax my lungs as well

  • This is beautiful Goddess. To watch a young God participating in healing someone is breathtaking! (no pun intended)...One Love!
