on the high E string, play a B (7th fret) with your first finger, then on the G string slide from F(10th fret) to E (9th fret) with your third finger.

with you left hand, use your thumb (or pick) to pick the F-E slide, and your middle or first finger to pick the B. ( play these notes simultaneously to get this effect.)
